At astrovivekbajpai.com, we are committed to providing transparent, authentic Vedic consultation services. Please review our refund and cancellation policies prior to scheduling.

1. Appointment Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation slot, you may request a reschedule at least 12 hours prior to the appointment by contacting our WhatsApp desk at +91 93362 82804 or emailing info@astrovivekbajpai.com. We will gladly accommodate your revised slot without additional fees.

2. Cancellation Prior to Consultation

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session are eligible for a refund minus nominal payment gateway processing charges (typically 2-3%).

3. Completed Consultations

Because astrological consultations involve extensive personalized chart preparation, calculation time, and live professional guidance, services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with Indian banking and payment gateway settlement standards.
